Contact and corrections

Questions about the audit method, a correction, a citation issue, an image or rights concern, or a partnership inquiry? This page explains the best way to reach us and what to include so we can help efficiently.

For all correspondence, email Guerin@novcog.com. This address is operated by Guerin Green at NovCog, the independent publisher behind this site. We read every message and aim to respond when we can, but we do not guarantee a specific response time. We do not have a phone line or contact form; email is the only way to reach us.

What to include in your message

To help us act quickly, please include the relevant non-sensitive details. For questions about the method, mention the specific page or step you are referring to. For corrections, include the URL of the page and the exact text you believe is wrong, plus what you think it should say. For citation issues, provide the source you expect to see and the context. For image or rights concerns, name the image file or page and describe the issue. For partnership inquiries, briefly describe your organization and what you have in mind.

Useful non-sensitive details include:

  • Public URLs of pages or prompts you are referencing.
  • The AI model and version, if relevant.
  • The date and time of an observation.
  • A short description of the context.

What not to send

Please do not send passwords, API tokens, private client transcripts, or personal health or legal information. We cannot accept or store such data, and we will not ask for it. If you have a sensitive issue, describe it in general terms without including confidential details.

What we can and cannot do

This site publishes an audit method and a synthetic worked example. Email NovCog to discuss applying the method to your organization, a partnership, or a correction. Any scope, deliverables, and commercial terms would be agreed separately. The sample results on this site are illustrative, rather than a client case study.
